Personal data that we process
MORE 2 COFFEE processes your personal data due to you using our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself. Below you can find a summary of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Telephone number
- Company name, company address, company number
- Web browser and device type
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect personal data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission of their parents or guardian. There is, however, no way to verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of personal data of minors without parental permission. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at hello@more2coffee.be and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
MORE 2 COFFEE processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
- To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services
- Inform you about changes in our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
MORE 2 COFFEE analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.
You are not obliged to disclose your personal information, but it is logical that it is impossible for us to provide certain services if you refuse to leave this information.
How long do we keep personal data
MORE 2 COFFEE does not retain your personal information longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your information is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
- As long as you are a customer of MORE 2 COFFEE, your data will be stored.
- If you are no longer a customer, personal information will be deleted within 3 months, excluding information that MORE 2 COFFEE is required by law to maintain, such as invoices and accounting documents.
- In the case of a prospect, personal information is deleted 3 months after the last contact.
Sharing personal data with third parties
MORE 2 COFFEE only provides to third parties and only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to fulfil a legal obligation.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by MORE 2 COFFEE and you have the right to data transmission. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to hello@more2coffee.be.
To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we will ask you for a copy of your proof of identity either by e-mail to (hello@more2coffee.be) or by post to Nieuwstraat 8, 9840 De Pinte, enclosing a copy of your identity card.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
MORE 2 COFFEE takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and unauthorized alteration.
